kids electric cars and quads image

Michael
Ok, so me and some friends were wondering if they made those little kid cars( you know the electric powered ones?) or like the 4 wheelers or quads and they could hold 2 people and more than 200 pounds? We're 16, not fat mkaythxbai Anyway, any ideas? Something cheap?

There are some. but they don't really make much sense quite yet (hopefully they will improve this technology in the near future!). Basically they are way too small for other motorist to see you, they have a horrible range (like 50 miles before they run out of juice..), they're really rare and quite expensive (it would be hard to get one, basically).
Plus they only seat two people, as you know. and they're not very quick.
IF you want something fun. AERIAL ATOM :D they are insanely fast and can handle way better than cars, but really expensive. (oh, and they're street legal)

IS A DODGE CUMMINS GOOD FOR A 15 YR OLD?

Chris

Answer
Hey, I started with a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad-cab at the age of 15 (you get a permit license at 15 in Fl). I can tell you that if you can drive a full size truck reasonably well at 15, you're probably gonna be a good driver. In my opinion, it's better to master large vehicles first, so that driving smaller cars later, will be even easier.
I don't know if that type of vehicle is good for you. It really depends on what you need it for, and how good you are behind the wheel. In all honesty, that type of truck is for hauling really heavy loads... (and scaring the sh!t outta snotty college prius-kids). I'd say stick with a light-duty, and if possible, a Hemi. People will respect it, dimwits in electric golf-cart-turned-cars will fear it, and you'll have an easier time driving it than a 2500 or 3500 Cummins.
