Should I let my 11 year old son get an air soft gun?

EPendrak

He's 11 years old and he wants an electric air soft rifle. He would give me the money, then I'd purchase it for him.

Answer
Well there are a lot of things to consider. I've been playing airsoft for over 3 years now. Is he doing it for can shooting, or for airsoft skirmishes with his friends? Airsoft is one of the safest games out there. Out of all the skirmishes I've been in the worst injury I've seen was a small scrape when my friend was shot with a airsoft sniper rifle and it skimmed across his hand. The one main thing you need for safety is SAFETY GLASSES. Don't be freaked out when you hear about kids being shot by police or have had police draw guns on them when holding a airsoft gun and having it be confused with a real gun. All of those stories are because the kids were being stupid such as pointing it at cars when they paint over the orange tip of the gun and freaking out motorists. If you are worried about that Wal-Mart and Dicks Sporting Goods carry clear plastic airsoft guns. Quality costs money. Most cheapo airsoft eletric guns don't last very long. If airsoft is brand new to him and he just plans on can shooting get him a spring pistol, a good airsoft eletric gun is a Crosman pulse R72. http://www.crosman.com/airsoft/premium/SAPR72 it can come clear or black and is pretty decent. Im pretty serious with airsoft so i own tactical equipment and full metal airsoft guns, but a Crosman Pulse R72 is a good starter. My friend started airsoft at 11 and hes loved it.

Electric Plug-In cars?

Colin

Why does it seem so many morons think electric plug-in cars will save the world when you have to plug them in to a wall which recieves power via powerplant, which most likely uses fossil fuels in the first place.

Besides, aren't powerplants overstressed enough. They keep popping up like crazy in China. I don't think using them to power cars is the solution. In a way it indirectly makes pollution worse.

What do you think is the way forward in future fuels/power for vehicles? Realistically I think our nearest option that is already here is diesel, with 60+ mpg.

Answer
the "go green" movement is stronger in Germany than it is here in the u.s. the more solar & wind energy plants we build the cleaner our planet will become. Germany has solar panels lining both sides of most of their highways. we refuse to follow their lead because our power companies cry too much about the cost of converting from coal to wind or solar. it's always about the $$$. a company from the east coast recently tried to open a coal burning power plant in Waterloo, Iowa for the sole purpose of creating power here and sending that power back to their own state which had turned them down stating that their state already had too many coal burning plants. they expected us to let them poison OUR air & WE were not going to receive the power. the only people who supported their plans were the corrupt politicians. electric vehicles are NOT the problem. the problem is in how we create our electricity that we use to power the vehicles (as well as our homes). there is only 1 reason that we cannot afford to GO GREEN and that reason is $$$. the solar factories (just like everyone else) could care less about making their products affordable enough to get the job done. yes, they do care about the environment, but they care far more about PROFITS! no, they shouldn't give them away, but they could sell them for smaller profits and collect major "karma points"! as i said... it's all about the $$$.

Do I plug hybrid electric cars into a plug sockect like other eletronic items?

em_baby93

Answer
The hybrid electric cars you see on the road do not get plugged in at all. Unless you're one of the few people who have payed to have your hybrid to be converted or are part of the small group of people who are testing the new plug-ins, you don't recharge the batteries through an outlet at all.

The battery in a hybrid electric car is recharged through: 1) regenerative braking or 2) the gas engine. That's why hybrids do better in city driving. In stop-and-go traffic, the battery can be recharged through the brakes, rather than by the gas engine.

Car makers are working on cars that you can plug-in, they just aren't here yet. When they do arrive, you will be able to plug them into your sockets just like other electronic items (albeit in the garage).

global electric motor cars pricing guide?

Crystal O

Answer
There are only a few electric cars on the market - but more are coming in the next few years. The most interesting cars, available next year:
*
The Tesla electric sports car gets 250 miles to the charge, goes 130mph, and 0-60 in four seconds. It charges in 3-1/2 hours. Cost, probably $85,000.
http://www.teslamotors.com
*
The Miles XS200 is a Chinese import. It gets 200 miles to the charge, and goes 80mph. Retails for $28,500.
http://www.milesautomotive.com/products_xs200.html
*
Others on the drawing board:
*
From China: The Happy Messenger - only costs $10000, goes 150 miles per charge:
http://www.greencarcongress.com/2005/12/chinese_ev_comp.html
*
Also from China: the BYD car, designed to be affordable, with a 250-mile range:
http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/News/articleId=106930
*
The GEO EV, from Korea. It goes 155 miles on a three hour charge:

*
Also from Korea. The ENERGINE Electric-Pneumatic hybrid.
It runs on air and electricity. No gasoline:
http://www.energine.com/e_main.php
*
From Japan. The Subaru R1E. Charges to 90% in 5 minutes:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8995780
*
Also from Japan. The Mitsubishi Colt EV, retails under $18,000.

what happen to the electric car?

kid_dj

I see the hybrid idea but what about having your own personal solar panal that you plugged the car into? (just a idea)

Answer
------------------
The electric car never went away. But the best battery technology for electric cars, called NIMH, was purchased by some big oil companies, who are refusing to license NIMH batteries for electric cars. This stopped the electric vehicle movement for several years.
*
Now, however, a new battery technology for electric cars has emerged, the lithium-ion battery. And many new electric cars are in development. We may even start to see some of these cars in the next year or two. A sampling:
*
From China: The Happy Messenger - only costs $10000, goes 150 miles per charge:
http://www.greencarcongress.com/2005/12/chinese_ev_comp.html

Also from China: the BYD car, designed to be affordable, with a 250-mile range:
http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/News/articleId=106930

The GEO EV, from Korea. It goes 155 miles on a three hour charge:
http://joongangdaily.joins.com/200505/18/200505182238171109900090609062.html

Also from Korea. The ENERGINE Electric-Pneumatic hybrid.
It runs on air and electricity. No gasoline:
http://www.energine.com/e_main.php

From Japan. The Subaru R1E. Charges to 90% in 5 minutes, costs under $18000:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8995780

Also from Japan. The Mitsubishi Colt EV. It can charge in 20 minutes, and is priced under $20k.
http://aftermarket.autoblog.com/2006/10/12/mitsubishi-looks-ahead-with-an-electric-i/

A chinese EV slated for import to the USA next year. It gets 200 miles/charge, and costs $28,500.
http://www.milesautomotive.com/products_xs200.html

The Tesla sports car:
http://www.teslamotors.com
*
And if you don't want to wait - and if you don't mind not having the very latest technology, there are many small entrepreneurs doing electric car conversions right now, that you can buy for as little as $5000. Details are on this page:
*
http://squidoo.com/cheap-electric-car/
*
Don't believe what people are saying about batteries. Even the old tech batteries (lead-acid) are very affordable. The battery pack in my EV costs under $1000, and lasts for 20,000 to 30,000 miles. That's only four cents per mile. Electricity to charge the batteries only costs one cent per mile. That's way, way cheaper than gasoline.
*
Best of luck!

What percent of america has an electric car?

d in black

please help me, its for my paper in lang arts. lol

Answer
1 percent
I still think that people are so ignorant when it comes to electric
cars they only think of one way to make them run and that's batteries.
Its like you lost your mind and have no innovated ability to think of
more than one source of power. Every year people spend millions of
dollars to go to the gym they hop on bikes and treadmills and
ellipticals and pedal away for hours and then pay their gym for it.
Then they hop in their car and pay gas to ride home. The answer was
right in front of your face when you watched the Flintstones as a kid.
Do remember the car on the Flintstones. Hmm, not so stupid now is it?
Do remember how boats got across the ocean? Have you ever held your
hand outside the window and felt the power of the wind resistance
against your hand? The faster you went the more force you felt
pushing against your hand right. Have you noticed that the quality of
solar powered panel technology has increased tremendously in the last
twenty years. The quality of of generators and electric engines is
also there. Our government has manged to keep all of this from you
because they believe you are all ignorant and set in your ways. They
could make cars that run with out wheels but our government would
never allow it to be mass produced. If you had the means to build a
car that had electric generators that produced electricity via wind
power, Human power "recumbent bike pedals", Solar power and maybe some
lithium batteries you would have a car that would go thousands of
miles without ever needing to be charged or fueled.
But will this ever be allowed. Its amazing that china and japan have
magnetic trains that never touch the track they actually float be we
never use that technology. Its no wonder they do not put any emphasis
on science. They want us to remain ignorant and in the dark. They want
you to keep forking all the billions of dollars in tax revenue. They
want the price of fuel to sky rocket because most of them own the
stock. The only way to overcome the greed is to take matters into our
own hands and break the grip of Fuel mongrels from ourselves by building
our own fuel free cars. I just showed you the way. Now all you have
to do is " Just Do It!"
My method overcomes the perpetual energy law crap because you get extra energy, Via Human power and solar power! The sun is the source of unlimited free power and so what if you have to pedal your car for it to go long distances. I just saved you from getting fat as hell.

anybody know how to generate 353kw of electric power for a motor that will run a car?

electricit

Its called a pancake motor. it generates 500 hp at 6500rpm for 60 seconds. and 420ftlbs of torque. oh also i like to mention its only 8in. by 12.5in. and 147lbs in wieght. wow. i hope to make a race car run from this powerful motor. and when i can figure out how to generate 2000kw in a car then i could synchronize 3 of theses motors and drag race this car. cool huh.
by the way it is real go to www.rasortech.com and be amazed.
the real website is this www.rasertech.com/index.html
what about fuel cells

Answer
I am building electric vehicles now and I suggest you determine a few things first.

What are the structural limits of the shaft, housing and bearings?

How critical is heat to coils and how well is the device cooled?

I assume this is not a brushed motor but there are also questions of wiring capactiy and the voltage, amperage of the total system. Don't forget the formula for wattage is w=va where *v* is volts and *a* is amperage.

You have to figure out total current demands for this system. You also have to determine the constant load versus peak load performance of the motor. That rating does not sound like it is for continuous use and if you tried to keep that ouptput going for too long you may find yourself a burned out heap of metal.

Also is this single phase AC or a 3Phase AC motor?

You need to know the answer to that to determine better how you will power it.

A 353 Kw single phase AC generator is a pretty big piece of equipment and normally is gas turbine or diesel powered by a truck scale engine. A generator that large is a back up for a large building like a hospital wing or business.

The average backup generator for homes is 10 to 15 Kw and many shops can get all the power they need from a 60 or 80 Kw. You might recongize those along side a building and they look larger than a car or industruial AC unit.

You might use a high tech fuel cell but you need some pretty advanced equipment to build that safely. You can get that kind of power out of a batery bank for a short time but if you draw down at that rate without venting an cooling you may have heat problems there too.

Are you sure about your ratings?

I use pancake motors too but my 6 inch diameter 3 inch wide hub motor is only 600 watts. It only weighs about 22 pounds and runs on a 36v battery pack. That motor sounds very heavy to be that small but I would love to see it up close.

I believe they are building motors like that for the hybrid but its continuous use rating is a lot lower than you are citing above.

I have since looked up the motor you are describing and it is designed to be continuously operated at much lower power ratings. You don't need to generate as much electrical power as you think to make use of it.

I suggest generating a three phase current but using each phase in an alternate wye and delta configuration to function as an electronic transmission.

Electric Car Power-ness?

Ma

how can I build all the power brakes, steering, etc, for an electric car

Answer
Generally smaller vehicles with fewer power grabbing accessories are used as the basis for a conversion from an ICE vehicle to an electric vehicle. To adapt power accessories to an electric vehicle you will have to provide what they need. If the accessory runs off of a vacuum then you need to install an electric vacuum pump. If it needs electricity you need to run the appropriate power to it. If it needs air pressure you will need to install an electric compressor. If it needs a hydraulic pump you will have to find an electric equivalent.

If you are trying to build a car from scratch then you might find similar parts from a junkyard.

is there a place where i can get my car turned into an electric hybrid from a gas guzzuling car.?

mycessna@s

i want to keep my 1992 jeep wrangler driving for a long time, but there is an issue of gas it does get 20mpg thats ok for now but when gas prices go up i want to be fully electric.

Answer
Electric hybrids have become the flagship for those in our society so environmentally conscious that they are willing to spend a premium to show the world how much they care. Unfortunately for them, their ultimate âgreen carâ is the source of some of the worst pollution in North America; it takes more combined energy per Prius to produce than a Hummer.

Before we delve into the seedy underworld of hybrids, you must first understand how a hybrid works. For this, we will use the most popular hybrid on the market, the Toyota Prius.

The Prius is powered by not one, but two engines: a standard 76 horsepower, 1.5-liter gas engine found in most cars today and a battery- powered engine that deals out 67 horsepower and a whooping 295ft/lbs of torque, below 2000 revolutions per minute. Essentially, the Toyota Synergy Drive system, as it is so called, propels the car from a dead stop to up to 30mph. This is where the largest percent of gas is consumed. As any physics major can tell you, it takes more energy to get an object moving than to keep it moving. The battery is recharged through the braking system, as well as when the gasoline engine takes over anywhere north of 30mph. It seems like a great energy efficient and environmentally sound car, right?

You would be right if you went by the old government EPA estimates, which netted the Prius an incredible 60 miles per gallon in the city and 51 miles per gallon on the highway. Unfortunately for Toyota, the government realized how unrealistic their EPA tests were, which consisted of highway speeds limited to 55mph and acceleration of only 3.3 mph per second. The new tests which affect all 2008 models give a much more realistic rating with highway speeds of 80mph and acceleration of 8mph per second. This has dropped the Priusâs EPA down by 25 percent to an average of 45mpg. This now puts the Toyota within spitting distance of cars like the Chevy Aveo, which costs less then half what the Prius costs.

However, if that was the only issue with the Prius, I wouldnât be writing this article. It gets much worse.

Building a Toyota Prius causes more environmental damage than a Hummer that is on the road for three times longer than a Prius. As already noted, the Prius is partly driven by a battery which contains nickel. The nickel is mined and smelted at a plant in Sudbury, Ontario. This plant has caused so much environmental damage to the surrounding environment that NASA has used the âdead zoneâ around the plant to test moon rovers. The area around the plant is devoid of any life for miles.

The plant is the source of all the nickel found in a Priusâ battery and Toyota purchases 1,000 tons annually. Dubbed the Superstack, the plague-factory has spread sulfur dioxide across northern Ontario, becoming every environmentalistâs nightmare.

âThe acid rain around Sudbury was so bad it destroyed all the plants and the soil slid down off the hillside,â said Canadian Greenpeace energy-coordinator David Martin during an interview with Mail, a British-based newspaper.

All of this would be bad enough in and of itself; however, the journey to make a hybrid doesnât end there. The nickel produced by this disastrous plant is shipped via massive container ship to the largest nickel refinery in Europe. From there, the nickel hops over to China to produce ânickel foam.â From there, it goes to Japan. Finally, the completed batteries are shipped to the United States, finalizing the around-the-world trip required to produce a single Prius battery. Are these not sounding less and less like environmentally sound cars and more like a farce?

Wait, I havenât even got to the best part yet.

When you pool together all the combined energy it takes to drive and build a Toyota Prius, the flagship car of energy fanatics, it takes almost 50 percent more energy than a Hummer - the Priusâs arch nemesis.

Through a study by CNW Marketing called âDust to Dust,â the total combined energy is taken from all the electrical, fuel, transportation, materials (metal, plastic, etc) and hundreds of other factors over the expected lifetime of a vehicle. The Prius costs an average of $3.25 per mile driven over a lifetime of 100,000 miles - the expected lifespan of the Hybrid.

The Hummer, on the other hand, costs a more fiscal $1.95 per mile to put on the road over an expected lifetime of 300,000 miles. That means the Hummer will last three times longer than a Prius and use less combined energy doing it.

So, if you are really an environmentalist - ditch the Prius. Instead, buy one of the most economical cars available - a Toyota Scion xB. The Scion only costs a paltry $0.48 per mile to put on the road. If you are still obsessed over gas mileage - buy a Chevy Aveo and fix that lead foot.

One last fun fact for you: it takes five years to offset the premium price of a Prius. Meaning, you have to wait 60 months to save any money over a non-hybrid car because of lower gas expenses

Did porsche make the first hybrid electric car?

psythehero

Answer
Yes - The first hybrid electric vehicles were produced by Ferdinand Porsche. Later other car manufacturers improved on the concepts which were introduced by Porsche. The real boon for the hybrid automotive industry began during the 1990s. At this point the predecessors to the popular HEVs (hybrid electric vehicles) were introduced to the public. To provide customers with new ways of conserving fuel costs many new developments in this range of cars is constantly being explored.

Get my three years old nephew an electric kids car as a Christmas gift?

Vannessa

I'm planning to get my three years old nephew an electric kids car as a Christmas gift. I saw one on Lavadeals.co.uk and I think it's really cool. But I need to know is it safe enough for a kid to drive? Anyone knows?

Answer
I think your nephew will like the kids car because my little brother really likes his. Usually it's safe for kids to drive these cars but there should always be an adult nearby.

I don't have garage sales unless I have a ton of stuff to put out. I'm a huge garage saler but don't even bother stopiing if there isn't much out there. Most of m items I kept under $2 unles it was still new in box or something...I'd sa 1/2 of what the retail value was. I also did boxes where everything in one was $1 or another was all .50. All hanging clothes one set price. Makes it easier on you and the customers and give a good deal when the buy multiple items but don't get ripped off by cheap skates.

How can someone raise their kids on low wages.?

Keepersdau

How can someone support four children, by only making 10 or 11.00 an hour?

Answer
As Stephen said, there is assistance out there, you just need to see if you qualify. You can apply for WIC and Food Stamps, you can apply for housing and daycare subsidies. You can also apply for energy assistance to help cover the electric and gas. Just call your local provider and ask if there is a program.

I shopped consignment and thrift stores for clothes. Only buy at retail stores when there's a sale.

We did without cable. We got channels 8, 10, and 13 and both old movie channels. Not one of the kids ever complained.

Get a landline instead of a cell phone.

Apply for Child Support for the kids, you don't have to be divorced, you don't need a lawyer, just go down to Family Court and fill out the paperwork, turn it in, ask for a copy and attend your court date. Don't forget to request medical and dental insurance coverage on the kids as part of your child support. Child support is retroactive to the day you file, so if you are not receiving it, go do that Monday.

Have dinner on Sundays at Moms, lol.

Make sure your car is paid for so you don't have that payment and you aren't required to carry Comprehensive on your insurance.

Pre-plan where your income tax return will get you the best savings....know where that money goes because it's so hard to come by a lump sum these days. If Bobby plays baseball, set that money aside for when the season starts.

I wish you luck, dear,
and God bless you and yours.

how green is driving an electric plug-in car?

tallkenshi

A plug-in car uses the electric grid which is already under-invested in the USA, given our current needs. More importantly, this grid is inefficient--I hear that the loss during transmission is fairly high. Furthermore, the power source to generate the electricity comes from a variety of sources, some of which are decidedly inefficient.

Is there any study to take these factors into account? Is an electric-plug in hybrid more green given the issues I have described VERSUS. just driving a gasoline car, or some other hybrid (gasoline-electric, methane-electric, highly efficient gasoline car)?

Answer
An electric car can be as "green" as you need it to be. That is a much harder or impossible trick with an petroleum powered vehicle. If you live on a farm you can try and make your own bio diesel or illegal ethanol. It is not all that easy and a vehicle running on these alternatives is not pollution free. It is possible to put solar panels on the roof of your home and drive an electric vehicle without an ounce of pollution compared to the pounds and tonnage from a gasoline car.

An electric vehicle can do this trick because it is a zero pollution vehicle. A power plant is not a vehicle, If you want to compare transportation systems it becomes even simpler as refineries use the same electricity that could power an electric vehicle.1 In fact an electric vehicle could travel further on the energy used to refine a gallon of gasoline than a petrol vehicle could go using the refined product. see "How Much Electricity is used to run gasoline cars?" at: http://www.evnut.com/gasoline_oil.htm 1 So you can do the math. With the same energy (and pollution cost) you can refine oil or run an electric car. Then you still have all the pollution produced by ICE vehicles is greater than what is needed for an electric car and any combination of ICE vehicle / hybrid efficiency is moot. There is really no contest. It is not even close. You don't need a study. You only need to examine the published numbers.2

Our electric grid can use work. At present it might only be able to handle only 70 to 86% of our current fleet of vehicles if they were electrified and charged at night.3 Vehicles charging at night would make existing base load power plants more efficient. Peak daytime loading is an issue that could be aided with a V2G (vehicle to grid) storage system.4 Most power plants are located near their usage and send high voltage power to minimize transmission losses. Transmission losses are generally calculated at less than 4 to 5%.5 Some new power projects anticipate sending power for more than 1000 miles. High voltage DC electric lines are being looked into as a way to further minimize costs: http://eeeic.eu/proc/papers/69.pdf

What's the difference between an electric plug-in car, electric car, and hybrid car?

Rudolf

I find it all very confusing, I mean, an electric car obviously runs on batteries, but how do you charge it? So aren't there only two types? Hybrid (batteries and gas) and Electric plug-in (speaks for itself) because how else would you charge an electric only car? It must be either a hybrid or plug-in. So why still the term electric cars?

Thanks!

Answer
An "electric car" does not necessarily run on batteries and is not necessarily able to be "plugged- in." This is a common misconception based upon shorthands in speech and marketing. Electricity can be produced on the vehicle, transmitted to the vehicle or stored on the vehicle.

Electric Vehicles are defined by the electric (or other) motors that move them, but because these motors usually only are able to operate on one fuel we commonly refer to them by the fuel and not the motor. This is inaccurate and is the source of some confusion. There are two major types of electric motors. The first is the conventional type that produce a rotational movement that we can use to move tires and there is a type of linear electric motor that is used to suspend and move mag-lev trains.

The electricity for an electric motor can be:

1 produced on the vehicle using fuel cells, atomic batteries, internal combustion engines, external combustion engines or solar panels. When we are using fuel cells we might call the vehicle a fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) or Fuel Cell Vehicle (FCV) for short. When we are using some other engine to produce electricity (through a generator) that then powers the electric motor we can call the vehicle a Series hybrid electric vehicle. Often we describe these vehicles by the fuel that is used even though it is the motors that also define the hybrid vehicles. For example we might speak about a Diesel / electric locomotive which is a type of series hybrid electric vehicle without batteries that is never plugged in. The earliest atomic submarines were series hybrid electric vehicles. When the electricity is produced by solar panels we can refer to the vehicle as a solar electric car or a solar car for short.

All these vehicles might have some batteries that might or might not be able to be plugged in. The important thing is not the plug but the type of motors and the primary source of energy. The range for these vehicles is limited by the energy provided to the primary electricity generator. A solar car is limited by the sunlight.

There is another catagory of hybrid car where the fueled engine powers the vehicle along with providing power for the electric motor. These vehicles may or might not be plugged in. These are parallel hybrids. The Prius is a parallel hybrid. Earlier ones could not be plugged in. Recent ones can be plugged in but all of them don't need the plug to operate. The Volt is a mostly series hybrid electric vehicle but at top speed will become a parallel hybrid. The manufacturer has decided to call it an "extended range electric vehicle" It will not charge the relatively small batteries in the vehicle. You plug the vehicle in to charge batteries and run the vehicle about 40 miles. From that point the gasoline engine provides the power to a generator that provides electricity for the traction motor. You don't need to plug in a Volt for it to run but after about 40 miles from a full charge it needs gasoline.

2. An electric vehicle can have electricity transmitted to the vehicle through wires like trolleys, subways or trams. There is experimentation with transmitting power to electric vehicles wirelessly using tuned capacitors. Essentially these vehicles are always "plugged in" and have unlimited range. The very largest Earth tunneling machines are "electric vehicles" that usually have the electricity transmitted to them.

3. An electric vehicle can store power on the vehilce using batteries, caqpacitors, or flywheels. I in this case the vehicle can be plugged in so that the energy "charge" can be built up in the vehicle. These vehicles are only plugged in when charging the batteries, but like any vehicle that stores energy on the vehicle (fuel or electricity) they will eventually run out. These vehicles might also have the charge built up without a plug. There are wireless electrical chargers and flywheels can be spun up magnetically without wires. The Nissan Leaf and the Mitsubishi I are Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) which is often shortened to just "Electric Vehicle." This is probably misleading to some.

4. There is another catagory of "electric vehicles" that are indirectly run by electric motors. This would include cable cars, elevators, escallators and In this case electricity is transmitted to a stationary electric motor and then a cable from the electric motor moves the car.

What Is The Best Item You Ever Found At A Thrift Store Or Yard Sale?

elvisgurly

What is the best item you ever found at a thrift store or yard sale?

Do you think thrift stores charge reasonable prices or charge way too much?

Answer
My wife found one of those kid's electric cars for $5...and the guy threw in a toddler bike with training wheels for 50 cents.

But the killer of all garage sale items was the lady trucker who bought what she thought was just some old painting of flowers...turned out to be an $18M Van Gogh. Lucky lady!!!

Do they make mini cars...?

Anthony

Like mini cars for under 500 that kids can drive that go at least 20 MPH? Like for 10 year olds?

Answer
They make toy cars with electric motors that kids can drive. Haven't you ever seen the Barbie Corvette? They don't go anywhere near 20 mph. More like a brisk walking speed.

Old korean cartoon show, rollerblading while racing mini electric cars!?

Kev

i need help finding an old show in korea where these kids race little hand sized cars that run on small motors. They used to sell them in korea. Its not an RC car, you just turn the car on with a switch and the car runs on a fixed track with small wheels in the front bumper so it will help make turns.
And the kids will rollerblade next to the cars!
it was awesome.
Does anyone know what show im talking about?
