No. Not really. That's a little kid thing. You can get an electric scooter or golf carts are legal for you to drive on private property. There are also go-carts, but those are generally gas powered.

I believe the teen-sized version of those things are called "cars." While there are some electric ones, most run on gas.
Seriously, though, how many teens have you seen rolling around town on an electric vehicle that's bigger than a "Power Wheels" but short of an actual car? There are, of course, golf carts, ATVs, and motorbikes, but they're specialized and/or pricey. For transportation, a teenager will take to a bicycle, or start on their path to driving a real car.
