I'm 13 going on 14 soon and i need $300 to buy a new and Good Electric RC Drift Car. The Quicker the better. Please Help.

No Drug selling, I'm not very good with little kids and, I haven't had rain in a while so no grass is growing around where i live.

Old korean cartoon show, rollerblading while racing mini electric cars!?

i need help finding an old show in korea where these kids race little hand sized cars that run on small motors. They used to sell them in korea. Its not an RC car, you just turn the car on with a switch and the car runs on a fixed track with small wheels in the front bumper so it will help make turns.
And the kids will rollerblade next to the cars!
it was awesome.
Does anyone know what show im talking about?
