in india there is a car called REVA.. i m not sure if it is exported. But really cool drive. costs near rs300000. very low driving costs. u don't have to spend over 10 dollars in an year. but replace battery every 5 yrs.. 175 km range

So I'm 13, and I want to know what the best electric car is today (price doesn't matter) so I can buy it in three years when I'm old enough and the price goes down. I want something sexy, has room. Lots of range and power. Thanks a lot!

Good luck finding that kid. Electric cars are terrible, you'll end up breaking down in the middle of nowhere with no electric plug-in point, You'll be at plug-in points for hours.
Also none of them are 'Sexy', Not many that are 'Sexy' have room, Range pff and Power...
First of all the Tesla Roadster would be a port of call, but it won't go down. Electric cars won't go down in price until its become more common which will be quite a while. A Nissan Leaf with around 100 horsepower is 30,000 pound.
Its not worth getting an electric car, plus the insurance and cost of one will be very high for when you're old enough. What you want is a dream, sorry to crush it.
