Q. For some unknown reason I have a gift to see opportunities to make money, I have always been that way. I am considering how to write a book etc...and I need suggestions. I have 100's of ideas that work and have been very successful.
Here's one example: About 4 months ago a neighbor kid (14 years old) asked me to come up with a way for him to make money. I have done this for 3 other kids and he heard about me. I said okay, give me a few days.........
So, he came back and I told him that I noticed that down the road from our houses there was a license bureau where people buy their new plates, I noticed that half of the people coming out were women and a good many were elderly. I gave him an electric cordless drill and a bit and told him to stand at the door and ask to put on their plates and charge $5 for the service....and that includes putting on those confusing stickers in the right place.
The results: He is making $120-$150 a day VERY part-time and is always moving and never quits. On most Saturadys he makes $300.
The key is...I see a need and then fill it with a service. NOT a typical service that everyone and there brother is doing like, mowing grass, cleaning, washing cars etc...all BS that everyone is used to seeing. It's the little cracks I see....and I mean 100's of them

Make sure that when you write your book you make it unique and new so that they will actually publish it so people can buy it and you can make money off of it.
Don't make it boring and super long! You can probably write a series of books...like the 1st one can be for teens, 2nd for adults, 3rd for stay at home moms or dads. 4th for old or disabled people.
